Our Culture is Unified.

Our Mission

To have impact and make a difference in the lives of our people, clients, and the world we live in.

It's about helping family businesses pass from one generation to another and maintain a way of life. It's about building a sustainable future for our food, our land, and the world we live in. It's about building dreams—because no one can dream on an empty stomach.

No matter which Pinion office you enter, we promote a single culture.
We constantly pursue new horizons and take risks that impact the future.
We honor the shifting balance between personal and professional, so we can deliver long-term, sustainable results.

We embrace our lives, and work with purpose, energy, fellowship, and joy.

Our Values are Shared

Our dedication to making a difference expands well beyond the betterment of our clients. Pinion employees are active in the communities we call home. Every year, we contribute thousands of hours and dollars to make our world one worth living in for all in the areas of food security, accessible technology, education and more.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our firm, industry, and local areas. Our goal is to hire and develop diverse teams of the best and brightest from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens in an anticipatory organization, when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Giving Back to Our Communities

Food Security
Our Fresno office volunteers with the Central CA Food Bank. Last summer, their service culminated in sorting through over 18,000 pounds of food to distribute to community members in need. In addition to donating more than $65,000 to our communities in 2019, Pinion team members actively
participate in local initiatives whenever possible.
Technology and Innovation
Our Chico, CA office recently teamed up with the local Rotary club to support technology needs at Nord Country School. The firm donated five gently used laptops to the charter school. This helps to bridge the gap resulting from lower funding this year, and will enable teachers and staff to
successfully provide distanced learning to students.

Supporting Education
Our Salina, Kansas office is a corporate partner with a local elementary school. Our team members spend time volunteering in classrooms, host a pizza party, and give students a tour of our office to show them what a professional business environment can be like.
