Get Immersed In Your Work.

Come learn why we're an accounting firm like no other.

At Pinion, we value the opinions, ideas, and skill sets of every employee. For interns and entry level team members, that respect takes shape in many ways. Here, there’s no “biding your time” or “waiting your turn” to make an impact. We want you to learn by doing. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself pitching ideas to clients, helping make critical decisions and contributing from the jump. If that scares you, it’s ok. If it doesn’t? Even better.

Internships (Spring, Summer, and Fall)
Pinion interns are a diverse group of talented students, beginning their journey of discovery in a multi-service consulting firm. If selected, you will gain broad business exposure in a challenging environment where the primary rewards are the opportunity to learn and apply your education to real-life situations. This is a paid position, and those selected will have the chance to have impact right away, as they work with associates, senior associates, managers, principals and clients. Interns gain real-world public accounting experience while assisting with projects like financial statement preparation, auditing, general accounting and write-up work, as well as special projects. Depending on the time of year, you may also help with preparation of federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Accounting Associate (Tax & Audit)
Pinion’s accounting associate role creates the opportunity to launch your career in public accounting and experience a totally different way of providing tax and audit services to clients. Because we're an honest-to-goodness business advisory firm, our tax and audit professionals are change agents equipped to go beyond compliance work and serve as a key strategic role in our clients' development and success. They partner directly with progressive business owners and key decision makers, to grow both their companies and our firm. Pinion will actively promote our associates’ pursuit of their passions and "distinct abilities" as they serve in a strategic and advisory role for our customers.
